| 2009 Cultural and Creative Industry Summit was held by NTNU on December 12th. The first session was a Youth Forum where NTNU President Guo Yih-Shun and Vice-Chairman Hong Qing-Feng from the Council of Cultural Affairs were there to encourage youths and students to speak up and share their thoughts and opinions. more |
