講者莊子壽博士為臺灣大學土木工程博士，現任台積公司廠務副總經理，致力於廠務工作超過二十五年。
莊博士擁有豐富的經歷，帶領廠務團隊完成時程緊迫的建廠目標，包含：晶圓十五B廠、南京廠及晶圓十八A廠興建工程，也持續致力於廠務系統的提升及整合。期望藉由莊博士的經驗分享，讓聽眾了解半導體業從入職到擔任管理者的心境轉折，以及肩負的使命，更能了解半導體業未來的趨勢與展望。

Dr. Zhuang Shou, our keynote speaker, holds a Ph.D. in Civil Engineering from National Taiwan University and currently serves as the Vice General Manager of Facilities at TSMC (Taiwan Semiconductor Manufacturing Company). With over twenty-five years of dedication to facility management, Dr. Zhuang brings a wealth of experience to the table.
Under his leadership, the facility management team has successfully achieved challenging construction goals, including the construction of Fab 15B, the Nanjing facility, and Fab 18A. He has also been instrumental in continually improving and integrating facility management systems.
Through Dr. Zhuang's insightful sharing of his experiences, our audience will gain an understanding of the transitions in mindset from entering the semiconductor industry to assuming a managerial role, as well as the responsibilities carried in this field. Furthermore, his expertise will shed light on the future trends and prospects of the semiconductor industry.
