防疫快訊:5/17起全面實施遠距教學及相關防疫措施

防疫快訊：自5月17日起全面實施遠距教學及相關防疫措施（110/5/14）

一、自5月17日（週一）起至本學期結束，所有課程全面改為遠距教學，詳細資訊請參閱教務處網頁公告（網址超連結）。

二、進入校園請全程佩戴口罩，本校持續執行門禁管制措施及體溫量測作業。

三、門禁管制時間，僅持國立臺灣大學系統證件及洽公者得以入校。洽公者需出示身分及相關證明文件，如開會通知、邀請函等相關證明文件，得採紙本或影像檔方式呈現，無證明文件者，由受訪單位派員至管制口確認身分後始得進入。

四、場館限制：

　1.圖書館暫停校外人士入館，推廣活動改線上舉行或停辦。
　2.體育館丶公館校區重訓室及林口校區游泳池暫停開放，會員或學員(含教職員工生運動班)權益以展延方式處理。。
　3.學生社團活動場地暫停開放。
　4.宿舍停止非本校師生會客。
　5.本校出租場地一律取消活動，已核准場地可申請延期或退費。

五、活動辦理：

　1.校慶活動延期辦理（實施方式另行公告）。
　2.畢業典禮採線上辦理，參加人數縮減（實施方式另行公告） 。
　3.各單位及學系活動如無法改為線上進行，請研議取消辦理。
　4.學生社團實體活動暫停辦理。

六、學校各級會議都請以線上舉行，各別有特殊狀況，可再做細部調整，但請務必落實防疫措施。

七、學生餐廳：

　1.本校校內（需經本校管制站）餐廳以外帶為原則，若須內用，須保持社交距離，遵守防疫規範。
　2.外帶餐盒可於通風良好及可保持用餐社交距離（有隔板）的餐桌食用。
　3.本校對外（街邊）營業餐廳遵照地方主管機關防疫規定辦理。

八、服務學習課程自即刻起停止各課程執行社區直接互動之服務形式。

九、諮商輔導：

　1.個別諮商、團體諮商將全面暫停服務。
　2.有關懷需求學生，將改由電話或信件方式持續關懷追蹤。

十、學校各項申請案件可以採線上或郵寄辦理。

十一、請隨時注意CDC最新公告及落實各項防疫措施，佩戴口罩、勤洗手、維持社交距離等，若有情況主動通報學校(NTNU APP設置「具感染風險對象回報系統」及「有發燒或其他症狀自主回報系統」)。

NTNU Pandemic Safety Measures Announcement：Remote learning for all classes starting May 17 and enhanced prevention measures（May 14, 2021）

1. Starting May 17 (Monday) to the end of this semester, all courses will all be moved to remote learning. For more information, refer to the announcement on the Office of Academic Affairs website.

2. Wear a mask at all times on campus. The school will continue to implement access control and temperature checks.

3.During access control hours, only those with an NTU System School ID or a proof of business visit are allowed to enter the campus. Those on business are required to present an ID and relevant supporting documents, e.g. meeting notice and invitation, which can be presented in hardcopy or softcopy formats. If no proof can be provided, you will not be allowed to enter until the unit to be visited has someone sent to the access control point to confirm your identity.

4. Venue restrictions:

　A. The libraries will be closed to the public. Events will be held online or suspended.
　B. The gym, weight training room (Gongguan campus) and swimming pool (Linkou campus) will be temporarily closed. The membership of members or students (including faculty and staff sports classes) will be extended for the duration of the closure.
　C. Venues for student club activities will be temporarily closed.
　D. The dorms will be closed to non-NTNU teachers and students.
　E. All school venue rentals will be cancelled. Approved bookings can be extended or refunded.

5. Events and activities:

　A. School's anniversary celebration will be postponed. Updates will be announced later.
　B. The commencement ceremony will be held online and the number of participants reduced. Updates will be announced later.
　C. If there are school activities that can't be held online, kindly discuss about their cancellation.
　D. Offline activities of student clubs will be suspended.

6. All levels of school meetings are to be held online. Exceptions may be made for special circumstances, but all prevention measures must be followed.

7. Dining halls:

　A. For all dining halls on campus (i.e. those that need to go through access control checkpoints to get to), first priority should be takeouts. For-here diners must practice social distancing and comply with prevention regulations.
　B. Take-out box meals can be eaten at dining tables that are well ventilated and where social distance can be maintained (with partitions).
　C. Campus (street-side) restaurants serving the public should follow the prevention regulations of the local authorities.

8. Service-learning courses that involve direct interactions with the community will be suspended from now on.

9. Counseling:

　A. Individual and group consultations will all be temporarily suspended.
　B. Students with special needs will be followed up by phone or email.

10. All school-related applications can be processed online or via mail.

11. Pay attention to the latest CDC announcements and practice enhanced prevention measures: wear a mask, wash hands frequently, maintain social distancing, etc. Voluntarily notify the school if you are experiencing COVID symptoms on the NTNU APP: Reporting System for Following Up on Persons at Risk of Infection and Self-reporting System for Fever or Other Symptoms.
