在這個瞬息萬變的世界中，台灣該如何轉變為活躍及多元化的國際人才庫？台灣的國際企業如何憑藉人才實現創新？航太工程學家、前香港科技大學校長、亞堅會國際顧問委員史維教授將分享他的洞見。講座結束後，史維教授將與富邦集團董事長蔡明忠及台大校長陳文章進行專題討論，本討論將由時代基金會執行長趙如媛主持。

CAPRI x NTU Public Forum: Fostering Talent, Shaping the Future

How can we cultivate talent with a mind for innovation, empathy, interdisciplinary insight, and global perspective? Dialogue between University Presidents & Entrepreneurs

 

Join us for a talk with Wei Shyy, an aerospace engineer and former president of the Hong Kong University of Science and Technology (HKUST). A native of Taiwan, Prof. Shyy will draw upon his experience in higher education in the US and Hong Kong and share how he led HKUST to become a top university in Asia and the world. He will also discuss with panelists how to nurture innovative talent in Taiwan, promote the internationalization of education, enhance public governance, and thereby contribute to good governance in the international community.
