It is inevitable to deal with all kinds of people in work and life. They have different personalities, some are easy to get along with and some are difficult to communicate. How should we contact and communicate with these people with different personalities in different condition and workplace ?  After being offered a referral by the Taipei Community Mental Health Center, it was admitted to the organization of workplace tour lecture to conduct the lecture activity, and the speaker Yiting Qiu as a psychological counselor who was invited to lead us to understand the relationship between the physiological mechanism of emotion and stress and physical and mental health, learn the ways to cope with stress and reduce psychological fatigue caused by work stress.
