112學年度第1學期「補助教師教學精進創新與專業社群計畫」申請資訊
一、依據本校「教師教學專業發展實施辦法」及「補助教學精進創新與專業社群要點」辦理。
二、計畫分為個人及專業社群二項類別申請，
112學年度第1學期計畫申請期間：112年4月17日(一)至5月15日(一)，
計畫執行期間自112年8月1日至113年1月31日。
三、補助件數及經費視當學年度預算而定，每案補助額度，個人最多六萬元為限、專業社群最多七萬元為限。
四、本計畫優先鼓勵新進教師及教師社群提出申請，並歡迎EMI及國家語言發展授課計畫，將擇優補助。每人或專業社群以每學期提出一案為限，須完成前案後始得提出新案。(※計畫執行後應完成結案，本學期尚在執行期間的計畫不在此限。)
(一)個人計畫同一課程以補助一次為限。
(二)教師專業社群計畫係補助教師社群進行教學專業探討，讀書會不在補助之列；鼓勵邀請校外教師及高中教師參與社群；EMI或國家語言發展授課教師社群計畫內容可包含同儕觀課、發展學院/系所教材等。
五、獲補助之教師及社群應於計畫執行當學期參加教學發展中心辦理之成果發表會，且另應參加其他任一場中心辦理之教師教學成長相關活動。計畫結束後一個月內應繳交成果報告電子檔至中心。
六、本計畫於結案後，應公開分享計畫成果。受補助教師或社群將受邀參與教學發展中心成果發表會、研討會、工作坊等活動，分享過程將拍攝成開放式課程，提供校內教師於Moodle連結觀看。

Fall Semester 2023 Academic Year "Subsidy for Enhancing Teaching Innovation and Community of Practice Program" Application Information
I. The Subsidy is handled in based on the “National Taiwan Normal University Regulation for the Professional Development of Faculty Instruction” and “Subsidy Regulation for Enhancing Teaching Innovation and Community of Practice Program”.
II. Application Categories: Individual Project／Professional Community Project
Application Period: 2023.4.17(一)~2023.5.15(一)
Funding Period: 2023.8.1~2024.1.31
III. The number of projects subsidized and the subsidy amount shall be based on the budget of the academic year. The maximum subsidy for individual cases shall be NT$60,000, and community of practice NT$70,000.
IV. New faculty members and faculty communities are welcomed to apply, and proposals of English Medium Instruction (EMI) and National Language Development programs will be given priority in funding. Each person or community of practice may submit a maximum of one application per semester. New applications may only be submitted after the conclusion of their previous cases. (※The project should be completed and closed unless it is currently in progress this semester.)
i. Individual projects for the same course can only be subsidized once.
ii. This subsidy is for professional development in teaching. Study groups are not eligible for funding. Participants of non-NTNU members and high school teachers are encouraged. The content of the English Medium Instruction (EMI) courses or National Language Development Community Programs may include peer lesson observation or development of college/department textbooks, etc.
V. Faculty members and communities of practice receiving subsidies must participate in the Achievement Presentation event organized by CTLD in the semester when their project is being implemented. They must also participate in one of the other teachers’ professional development events organized by CTLD. Electronic files of the achievement report must be submitted within one month of the conclusion of the project.
VI. The achievements of the project must be shared publicly once the project has concluded. Faculty members and communities of practice receiving subsidies will be invited to participate in CTLD’s achievement presentation event, seminars, or workshops, which shall be recorded as open courses.
