114學年度社會實踐獎 2025 Academic Year Social Practice Scholarship

1.獎勵對象：由本校各單位及學生會推薦本校學生為候選人。

2.具體事蹟：學生在學期間表現至少符合下列一項且有具體事實者。

 (1)在地關懷、(2)國際志工、(3)長期照護、(4)產業鏈結、(5)永續環境、(6)食品安全。

3.推薦期限：請於114年12月12日(五)前，將推薦表(包含推薦單位意見、單位主管簽章、申請人/代表人簽名)，掃描合併為一份PDF檔(以20頁為限)，上傳個人雲端後提供下載網址。並填寫google表單，網址: https://reurl.cc/RkgXxZ

 

4.獎勵名額與表揚：

  (1)個人獎項獎學金每名新臺幣5萬元整。

  (2)團體獎項獎學金每隊新臺幣10萬元整。

 

  (3)個人獎項及團隊獎項至多3名(隊)。

2025 Academic Year Social Practice Scholarship

1. Target recipients: Students of the University who have demonstrated the following achievements during their studies may be recommended as candidates by various units of the University.

(1) Community care, (2) International volunteering, (3) Long-term care, (4) Industrial collaboration, (5) Sustainable environment, (6) Food safety.

2. Application period: Applications shall be submitted to Social Practice Center (Office of Student Affairs) before December 12.

3. Quota and commendations:

(1) Individuals will each be awarded with a scholarship of NT$50,000 and groups will each be awarded with a scholarship of NT$100,000.

(2) In principle, this scholarship is awarded to a maximum of three recipients, including individuals or groups.
