臨時院辦公室重要通知
Temporary Office Important Notice
 
September 2, 2026

    和平校區（I）誠正勤樸大樓耐震補強施工期間（自115年9月1日起預計至117年12月31日止），大學部學生（含工讀生）全面禁止進入，非工區單位及未撤離單位之教職員及研究生可於開放時間進出（上午6：30至下午6：30），但需請相關單位事先申請。為服務師生，本院於和平校區（I）樂智樓2樓「全球研究全英語學士學位學程辦公室」為臨時院辦公室之駐點。

 

During the seismic retrofitting of Liberal Arts Building (from September 1, 2026 to December 31, 2028 tentative), undergraduate students (including part-time workers) are strictly prohibited from entering. Faculty, staff and graduate students belonging to units located outside the work zone or those from units that have not yet relocated may enter and exit during designated hours. To serve faculty and students, the temporary office of the College is located at the Heping Campus (I), 2F Union Building (II) within the office of Undergraduate Program of Global Studies.
 
注意事項 Note：

1. 如有一對一諮詢需求，請事先聯絡相關人員並預約，請於預約時間前往臨時院辦公室。若有臨時一對一諮詢需求，請於臨時院辦公室稍候，院辦人員於收到通知後立即前往。If you require a one-on-one consultation, please contact the relevant personnel in advance to schedule an appointment and proceed to the temporary office at the appointed time. For unscheduled one-on-one consultations, please wait at the temporary office, staff will attend to you immediately upon receiving notification.
2. 本院將於每日上班時間11：00 ~ 11：30（或視當日情況滾動式調整）至臨時院辦公室收取公文。Staff will collect official documents at the temporary office daily from 11:00 to 11:30 AM (or subject to change based on the conditions of the day).
3. 如有其他院務相關問題，請聯絡本院相關人員。For any other inquiries regarding the College, please contact the following personnel。
