After being postponed by the pandemic for two years, the three universities of the NTU System, National Taiwan Normal University, National Taiwan University, and National Taiwan University of Science and Technology, recommenced the jointly-organized International Cultural Festival on 28 March 2023. [ more ]

Dr. Jean-René Morice, Director of Esthua Tourism, Culture and Hospitality at the University of Angers, was invited by the Graduate Institute of European Cultures and Tourism at National Taiwan Normal University to introduce the history and legends of Mont Saint-Michel on 18 April.[ more ]

National Taiwan Normal University’s College of Liberal Arts and the University of Melbourne signed a Memorandum of Understanding on 19 April. The two universities will work together to strengthen their respective master's and doctoral programs as well as the fields of translation, aboriginal studies, and Taiwanese literature. Through the MOU, the schools will promote more student exchanges and the establishment of a dual academic system.[ more ]

The Director of the Ecole du Louvre, Claire Barbillon, visited National Taiwan Normal University on 27 April. During her visit, she not only led students in exploring the beauty of classical sculptures, but also established with NTNU a channel for greater academic exchange and cooperation between France and Taiwan as the Ecole du Louvre and NTNU reached a consensus to sign a memorandum of understanding for academic cooperation as well as an agreement for student exchange.[ more ]

世界四大博物館之首的法國羅浮宮聞名全球，羅浮宮學院更培育出眾多博物館研究與藝術管理專業人才，院長克萊爾．巴比倫（Claire Barbillon）4月下旬來訪臺師大，不但帶領學生探索經典雕塑之美，雙方將建立臺法學術交流合作管道，兩校也達成簽署學術合作備忘錄與學生交換協議之共識。[ more ]

As the day was dawning in Uppsala, Sweden, a cohort of preservice teachers, including Henry Liu(劉晉豪)、Erica Chen(陳易欣)、Susan Lee(李書嫺)、Gunter Chien(簡浩君)、Sally Jao(饒雅筑) and Andy Yeh(葉星宏) , from National Taiwan Normal University braved the zero-degree weather to take a commuter bus to Almunge skola, a public comprehensive school situated at about 30 kilometers from the city center, for an in-depth education visit and practicum.[ more ]

隨著疫情解封，臺師大於110年度獲教育部補助的國外教育見習「成就每一個學生：瑞典教育見習計畫」，終於在112年4月成行，由師資培育學院陳信亨老師帶領英語系饒雅筑、葉星宏、教育系簡浩君、劉晉豪、地理系陳易欣及美術系李書嫺等6位師資生，4月15日至4月29日至瑞典烏普薩拉中小學Almunge Skola進行教育見習。除了觀摩當地教師的教學，師資生更在兩週內進行了25節課的文化課程與專業課程，並在一次次觀議課及檢討反思過程中，理解瑞典學校「以學生為中心的教學」之意義與挑戰。[ more ]

In collaboration with the Academia Sinica Institute of Astronomy and Astrophysics (ASIAA) and several international research teams, Assistant Professor Hung-Yi Pu of the Department of Physics at National Taiwan Normal University participated in a multinational research project.[ more ]

The Association to Advance Collegiate Schools of Business (AACSB) officially announced on 4 May 2023 that the College of Management at National Taiwan Normal University has received accreditation by the Association, representing the international community’s recognition of the College of Management's world-class quality in its operations.[ more ]

National Taiwan Normal University President Cheng-Chih Wu visited Malaysia 4-7 May with a delegation to participate in the National Taiwan University System’s signing of the International High School Alliance, visit two partner universities, and meet with NTNU alumni in Malaysia.[ more ]

National Taiwan Normal University celebrated its 101st anniversary on 5 June by inviting distinguished guests to its anniversary ceremony. Attendees included delegations from Hue University of Education (HUEdu); University of Sciences, Hue University (HUSC); and the University of Danang-University of Science and Education (UD-UED). [ more ]
