NTNU assisted professor Tsai Chia Fen led students from Graduate Institute of Ethnomusicology to participate in the 5th Congress of Asia Flutists Federation on the 13th of December. The chamber music concert was held at the Taipei National University of the Arts. It gathered the music elites in the whole Asia for this music festival.
