• 課程意見調查以匿名填答方式實施，結果僅供授課教師適時瞭解學生意見作為教學調整之參考，不列入期末調查統計資料。
• 教師可於115年11月11日起查看回饋意見。

Mid-term Course Evaluation Survey for Fall 2026

The Mid-term Course Evaluation System will be open to all students from October 26 to November 8, 2026.

Evaluation results will be available to instructors starting from November 11, 2026.

You will need your ID# and password to log into the system for the evaluation and the result.

• This is an anonymous survey.
• The mid-term survey is only to be used for teaching reference, and the survey results will not be included in the overall statistical analysis.
