National Taiwan Normal University held the "NTNU Forum on Internationalization of Higher Education" from March 21st to 22nd, 2023. The forum invited international leaders and academic administrators from five top universities in America, Europe, and Asia, as well as representatives from foreign institutions in Taiwan, to share their internationalization strategies.[ more ]

Gao Xingjian, chair professor of National Taiwan Normal University and Nobel Prize  laureate was awarded the Commandeur of the French Legion of Honor by French President Emmanuel Macron. Professor Gao is the first Chinese novelist honored with the highest honor in the French tradition that lasts 200 years, in recognition of his continuous commitment to outstanding achievements in literary and art creation.[ more ]

繼今年1月臺師大吳正己校長率團參訪日本九州大學，姐妹校情誼持續加深，兩校於3月7日簽訂碩士雙聯學位協議書，臺師大理學院、科技與工程學院的碩士班學生，未來可申請赴九州大學一學期（約5個月），研讀20學分跨領域理工課程，以及修畢臺師大碩士班課程與完成以臺師大研究成果為主的論文後，兩年將可取得雙方碩士學位，預計每學年提供5位名額。[ more ]

According to statistics from the Ministry of Education, the number of Vietnamese international students studying in Taiwan has been increasing year by year and ranks first among foreign students in the past three years. [ more ]

依據教育部統計，越南來臺境外大專學生人數逐年成長，且在近三年境外學生人數中排名第一。就臺師大而言，2022年全校共計有1,626名境外生（佔全校學生數12%），來自越南之僑外生人數排名第三（計有153名），僅次於馬來西亞和香港。不過，單純就外籍生（不含僑生）和碩博士生而言，越南學生人數雙雙排名全校第一，因此，越南乃是本校之重點招生國家。[ more ]

Emotional intelligence forms the foundation for a happy life, and is an important aspect of lifelong education. The preschool years are a particularly crucial period for the development of a child’s emotional abilities, and as research has consistently shown, family environment has a strong influence on their cultivation. How can parents and caregivers ensure that their homes are conducive to nurturing emotional development? Below, members of the “Kids in Taiwan: National Longitudinal Study of Child Development and Care” research team, led by Professor Chien-ju Chang of the Department of Human Development and Family Studies at National Taiwan Normal University, will share some insights on the development process of preschool children’s emotional abilities, as well as some of the key factors involved in cultivating emotional intelligence. The researchers encourage parents to pay attention to their children’s social-emotional skills, and urge relevant government departments to cooperate to prioritize parenting education.[ more ]

情緒能力是幸福生活的基礎，也是終生教育的重要素養。幼兒階段是培育情緒素養的敏感時期，而幼兒的情緒能力發展受到家庭環境的深刻影響。在國科會經費支持下，國立臺灣師範大學人類發展與家庭學系張鑑如教授所執行的「臺灣幼兒發展調查資料庫建置計畫」研究團隊，4月12日舉行成果發表記者會，以「看見臺灣幼兒情緒，培育堅實EQ素養」為主題，運用科學實證資料，剖析臺灣幼兒情緒能力發展的歷程及培養幼兒情緒力的重要關鍵因素，提醒家長重視孩子情緒能力的學習養成，並建議相關部會共同合作重視親職教育。[ more ]

情境感知的適地性遊戲可以使學習者融入虛實混合的情境中，增加在地文化學習的臨場感，不但使學習悅趣化，也讓學習者可以親臨在地文化的現場。本研究團隊數年來已對於形成情境感知適地性遊戲學習的重要元素、遊戲機制、遊戲學習過程中學習者的臨場感與感知等個人特性進行過深入的探討，印證了這些個人特質與適地性遊戲學習成效之間的關連。[ more ]
