As artificial intelligence technology develops, the applications begin to play a key role in government delivery of citizen services. According to Executive Vice President Sung Yao Ting, the teaching platform developed by Chinese Language and Technology Center, has obviously improved the learning effect. For example, SmartPinyin helps to auto detect the wrong pronunciation and the AES-Han systems enables Chinese learners to practice at anytime, anywhere.
